This one bedroom one bathroom bathroom home features a new stocked eat-in kitchen with full size refrigerator, induction cooktop and cookware, toaster oven, and microwave. The oversized living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and a desk with docking station and monitor. The bonus room has a second queen sized sleeper sofa and coffee station.

Recessed dimmable lighting throughout for brightness and warmth. Each of two TVs - 55" in the living room, 42" in the bedroom feature Roku's connected to ultra-high-speed WiFi allow you to log into all of your streaming services plus free local and national channels.

The home is located within 10 minutes of the major hospitals in Orlando, downtown Orlando and downtown Winter Park! College Park is has small town feel within the large city of Orlando. You'll find a vibrant, young and safe neighborhood with frequent pedestrians out for a walk or run, kids on bikes and families in golf carts. There are local bars, restaurants, and scenic parks very close. You're just steps away from the food scene, nightlife, and industry in Downtown Orlando and 20-30 minutes to Universal and Disney!

College Park is a gem just outside of downtown Orlando.There are restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance from the unit. The stay is clean, modern and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.
