The oversized living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and a desk with docking station and monitor. The bonus room has a second queen sized sleeper sofa and coffee station.
Recessed dimmable lighting throughout for brightness and warmth. Each of two TVs - 55" in the living room, 42" in the bedroom feature Roku's connected to ultra-high-speed WiFi allow you to log into all of your streaming services plus free local and national channels.
The home is located within 10 minutes of the major hospitals in Orlando, downtown Orlando and downtown Winter Park! College Park is has small town feel within the large city of Orlando. College Park is a gem just outside of downtown Orlando.There are restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance from the unit. The stay is clean, modern and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.
