Top-floor apartment (70 square metres) in a three-story house, on a dead-end street, Alpine-style houses with views of the Kaiser Mountains in Kufstein and Brünnstein, one bedroom (large light fixture, separate mattresses) with a north-facing balcony, one bedroom (beds), large living room (tiled stove), with separate dining and sitting areas and a large south-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar in the living room, a bathroom with a shower and double sink, and a large central hallway. The apartment is equipped with central heating, but the tiled stove can also be used; a sufficient supply of firewood is stored on the south-facing balcony. No carpets have been laid; only tile and hardwood flooring. There is a ski rack in the basement, and bicycles can be stored in the basement garage in the bike storage area. There is also a parking space for a car in the underground car park, and additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.<br><br><br>Hiking excursions :: Brünnstein, Wendelstein via the cog railway, and many other mountains are ideal for hiking at all difficulty levels, including those suitable for children. The Wild Kaiser offers excellent hiking and mountaineering tours with many lodging options. A four-person chairlift takes you to Hocheck in Oberaudorf, about a 45-minute walk away. The Kitzbühel and Innsbruck mountains are accessible by car in 3/4 of an hour. The Loferer and Leonganger mountains in Austria are also accessible in half an hour by car. The Kaisertour to Stripsenjoch or Steinerne Rinne is highly recommended for experienced skiers starting from Griesenau (Walchsee, Kössen, Schwendt; toll booth at Griesner Alm). You can also ski down from the Stripsenjoch to Kufstein, but you’ll need to pick up your car in Griesenau the next day. <br><br>
