The Neighborhood:

Once home to San Diego's flourishing tuna fishing industry and generations of Italian families, Little Italy is now the most sought out neighborhood in San Diego filled with patio cafés, restaurants, craft brew stops, urban wineries, art galleries, shops, and the beautiful Amici Park.



Today, San Diego's most dynamic food and drink scene is centered in Little Italy. It's a place where the nations best Chefs have started modern restaurants (Juniper and Ivy, Kettner Exchange, etc.) next to old-school eateries that remain treasured landmarks. Other Things to Note:

Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares.



We have a flat screen TV equipped with a Roku and high speed wifi internet access - there isn't cable programming attached. There is a queen sized blow up mattress located in bedroom closet. This apartment is located on the second floor and requires a flight of stairs to access.



The laundry is located in a separate laundry room that is located downstairs and is shared with one other unit.



The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.





Our neighbor next door is doing some construction. We hope that it will not be a disturbance to your stay in any way but want to make it known prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions.
