We are originally from Canada, and we have lived in Belize, Hong Kong, Bali, and now live in Redondo Beach, California. We love traveling, hiking, surfing, skiing, and adventuring.

Why they chose this property

Keauhou has just the right feel for us in Kona, it's a little bit quieter than the main town of Kailua, but that is a good thing for us. This area is more manicured, beautifully landscaped, and also very convenient with restaurants and shops nearby.

What makes this property unique

We bought 2505 for the view — and it delivers every single evening. The penthouse lanai sits directly above the oceanfront pool with unobstructed Pacific sunsets, vaulted ceilings, and no neighbors above. It's the best position in the resort.

In early 2026 we refreshed the entire unit: new flooring, new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, all-new furniture and bedding. Both bedrooms have Leesa Hospitality Hybrid Cooling mattresses — hotel-grade, and you'll notice the difference. We call it discreet luxury: nothing overdone, just everything done right.

Keauhou Bay is two minutes away for world-famous night manta ray snorkeling, Kahalu'u Beach Park is 1.3 miles for daytime snorkeling with sea turtles, and downtown Kailua-Kona is 13 minutes when you want the action.
