We are a professional couple whose primary residence is 60 Phila Street. We rent our house for Track season only. Note-- only make payments to Us at our Phila Address.
Why they chose this property
My wife & I both love Victorian architecture and the nicer things in life. 60 Phila is one of the older buildings dating back to 1840. The house was completly renovated in 1989 and gave us the opportunity to have a new house in a Victorian exterior. The location 2 blocks off of Broadway/Main Street and a block from beautiful historic Congress Park.
What makes this property unique
The house has nicely appointed front porch and a secret garden for outdoor grilling and dining. Our house has off street parking so you park walk downtown to the stores, restaurants the park and more.
