About this property

A beautiful, cozy, cottage set on over two private acres just minutes, less than 2 miles, to Broadway, and exactly 4.4 miles to the track. Sit by the firepit, or relax in the hot tub, after a busy day of taking in the sights, dining, and everything else Saratoga has to offer. Large, 14 x 26, open bedroom upstairs with two authentic log queen size beds, rustic log furniture, a walk in closet, and log railings on the stairs. Downstairs you'll find a full sized kitchen, full sized bath, separate laundry room, and a sitting area that has a full size pull out sofa/sleeper. Over 975 square feet, larger than most apartments in the area. It's actually your own little house. The owner lives next door, so you and your belongings are safe and secure.
There is no "early check-in" without prior approval from the owner, and an early check-in fee will be assessed."

Quiet getaway

As first time parents of a 1 year old, my husband and I desperately needed a mini getaway. This was exactly what we needed for a quick but relaxing break. The hot tub was perfect and the beds were comfy. Lots of things to do in the area though we chose to get dinner and spend most of our time on the property. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the hottub location was good we were close enough to area attractions but was didnt have to deal with all the noise and craziness. The one downfall to the property was my husband and i are both smokers but dont smoke inside but theres absolutely no smoking on property at all i get no smoking inside property but not being able to smoke in our vehicle was a little bit of a pain I was afraid i would be disturbing the property owners by coming and going either early in the mornong or late in the evening but that being said i was fully aware of the smoking policy before i booked the stay.
