Your cozy getaway awaits in Kanab at this peaceful house. We have a fully fenced 1 acre back yard for your furry friends. With two bedrooms featuring a king bedroom and a second room with a queen bed. Two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, Vitamix blender, toaster oven as well as a double oven and microwave. This amazing retreat offers a quiet spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Sit outside on the back deck and enjoy privacy and unobstructed views all the way out to the Kaibab Plateau. Enjoy stargazing in our hot tub with no light pollution. Tons of parking for boats and trailers. We think our place will help you experience everything Kanab has to offer.

We loved our stay here! The home is clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was lovely to watch the sunrise and sunsets. We loved the hot tub after long days of hiking/riding. It was a perfect property to bring our dog and we loved that we could ride our ATVs straight to trails around the property. The owners are friendly and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything more and will absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Pictures do not do this property justice. House was beautiful and immaculate. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Fenced in yard made it easy with our dogs, they loved exploring without our watchful eye. The covered porch in the back was great to have coffee and take in the views. The property offered fabulous sunrises and sunsets. It was a perfect launching pad for all our Kanab adventures. Anyone would be lucky to stay here, we loved it and hope to stay here when we visit Kanab again!

Originally from Central California, my husband and I moved to Kanab 5 years ago. We love the beauty of this area, there is so much to see and do here. We spend a lot of time exploring the national parks and hiking and mountain biking in the area.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for the house! It is everything we wanted in a home and we are insanely in love with our view out the back of the house. We are excited to share it with travelers from all over!

What makes this property unique

Our fully fenced dog yard is such a great asset to us and now to our guests. We love the privacy of our backyard and hot tub. We offer lots of parking for boats and trailers with easy turn around.
