Come and visit the Surf Shack in the heart of the Surf District. It is a fun vibe all on its own! Completely remodeled3 bedroom/2 bathroom surf style home. Everything is brand new. Fun modern kitchen. Walking distance to downtown, bars, restaurants. This home over looks the legendary Surf Ballroom parking lot. It has some views of the lake one block away. Perfect spot for Farmers Market, concerts, kite festival or just a fun weekend get away. The Surf Shack has perfect views for the annual 4th of July fireworks!
