The interior has been fully renovated with coastal finishes that feel fresh and welcoming without being fussy - bright, easy to enjoy, and ready for sandy feet. A dedicated workspace means remote workers are covered, and the single-level floor plan makes moving through the home effortless for everyone.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for your group. Four beds are arranged across the rooms, and all three full bathrooms mean post-beach rinses and busy mornings never turn into a queue. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers are all provided, and the in-unit washer and dryer take care of the towels.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from a quick breakfast to a full sit-down dinner. You have a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, backed up by cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Pull up a chair at the dining table and you are set - coffee is provided to start the day right.
Outdoors & water access
Step outside and the canal is right there. The private backyard offers outdoor furniture and space to relax or dine al fresco, and the fire pit turns evenings into something worth lingering over. Driving is quick for reaching downtown Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, Port Canaveral, and major attractions, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Parking is available at the home, making day trips along the Space Coast simple and convenient.
