We've stayed in this condo the last two years and enjoyed it. We were told midway through our stay that the management had changed from Vacasa to Casago and that our reservation for next year was intact and confirmed. We were also told that we would be hearing from Casago. I finally had to call them a week before we left to ask why we still hadn't heard anything, how we would give feedback, or even how we would pay the balance for next year. The day before we left, we finally received an email reminding us when the check-out time was. I tried returning the email with some feedback(3 times!) and none of those emails when through to the address. That was very frustrating and it does somewhat concern me about next year. I hope it's just growing pains.

We've been coming to Scottsdale for a number of years and we love this area. It's next door to Continental Golf Course and just blocks away from Old Town. The condo is in a nice complex with 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs, one just down the stairs from our condo. The condo itself is well-designed, spacious and comfortable. We have already rented it again for next year, so obviously we are very pleased with it.
