This place was great for our family over thanksgiving week. The pool, hot tubs and views of the mountains were beyond amazing. The house was clean and comfortable.
Beautiful home in the foothillsSundance in the foothills is a beautiful home with incredible views. Five adults in my family spent 6 days in Tucson at the Gem & Mineral show. The winter weather wasn’t conducive to using the pool, hot tub, or outside kitchen and dining areas. Those areas are beautiful and well maintained. We did use the outside areas to enjoy the incredible sunsets and view of Tucson. Although we did not cook any meals, the kitchen is well equipped. The seating at the kitchen peninsula was an ideal place to gather and make plans for the next day. After spending 8-10 hours walking it was wonderful to enjoy a hot shower. The upstairs bathrooms are large and the dials on the shower allow you to set the temperature of the water to your preferred temperature. Additionally, the patios outside of the two large bedrooms were great places to enjoy the sunrise/sunsets. Sundance is a great place to stay and the next time we visit Tucson it will be at a time that we can take advantage of the pool and outside areas.
The house was perfect. Had all amenities, quiet, all equipment worked well. The outdoor area and views were spectacular. Would stay again for sureEverything was a 10

The perfect summer getaway
Beautiful views, property, and amenities. Had a fantastic time in an incredible space; would highly recommend to anyone, even during the summer months (AC worked great!!)
Gorgeous back yard! Everything we could want for adults and kids. They have thought of everything. Wonderful spot to enjoy the sunsets. Great location. Very happy with our stay!
This spacious home is just minutes away from Sabino Canyon. The outdoor areas and view are AMAZING!! The house was impeccably clean, and the master bath was truly luxurious. This would be a great place for a family looking to relax and spend time together.

Wonderful home and setting
This house is a real treasure and offers beautiful views of the nearby foothills. The backyard is spacious and is positioned perfectly for picturesque sunsets. Inside, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of space for 6-8 individuals. The house and property was outstanding.

Great location
The location and house were wonderful. The waterfall in the pool was not working. More patio furniture would of been nice!!
The home was well stocked. Loved the pool. They even had a pump and inflatables. My poor parents slept on the pull out bed. Highly recommend removing that terrible bed and mattress. If so, we will be back!

A go-to Tucson Oasis
The outdoor amenities; pool, patios, landscaping, and lounge areas make this large home a perfect getaway. The home was very comfortable for our sisters gathering. We would go back without hesitation. The couple concerns we had upon arrival were addressed immediately.
This beautiful home has a touch of vintage paired with modern style. Everything was Furnished. You really don’t need to leave the property as it has so much to offer. Minutes from fine dining, hiking and high end shopping. Can’t say enough of how safe we felt and how much we loved this property. Corn hole and two hot tubs on the property kept us entertained for hours. New appliances and working washer and dryer became a lifesaver on the trip. Bathtub views paired with a heated towel accessory. We would definitely come back
The house was as advertised however we did not have air conditioning for the first day and the pool was dirty. It was resolved quickly. The second day we did not have any hot water which still needs to be fixed. Interesting home.

Great house, terrible service from Vacasa
No binder to tell us about the house. Issues with the gas bbq. Poor service from Vacasa. Won’t ever rent one of their properties again.

Patrick, we are disheartened to read that you did not fully enjoy your stay. While a binder is not provided, most of the information needed is in your check-in email and more details can be found in our Trip Manager portal which is provided when you book. The problem with BBQ was due to a gas line not working and we had to wait for a vendor to fix this but are glad we could deliver a BBQ for you to use during your stay. The BBQ issue has been resolved and it is in good working order now. We thank you for your feedback and for being our guest.

Hills house
The house is sitting above a house construction that starts at 6:40 am and has heavy construction equipment moving behind the house with loud noise. The smell of tar is over welling and keeps us out of pool area. The HOA rule say no noise 9pm to 8:00am., not followed. The house is not full kitchen equipped for a high end home. I purchased wine glasses, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, food storage containers, storage bags, spices and more.

A lovely stay in the foothills of Tucson
This is a delightful place to have a vacation. We started each day with coffee looking down over Tucson. A ton of birds with visit you especially hummingbirds. The sound system in the house covers the entire first floor and pool area so we were able to play vacation music while enjoying the spa. I really like that the pool is quite deep on one end. Dive to the bottom for a cool refresher.
You can bring all your clothes because there is more storage than you will ever need on a vacation. The house is spacious with a bunch of choices where to sit. The inside connects with the outside well and you will definitely not feel confined. Pick your favorite seat and chill.
The lighting around the house is well labeled with a host of remotes, fans, and lighting options. Some of the outdoor features are on timers so you get to see the waterfalls every evening automatically. The outdoor lighting and landscaping is delightful.
On our stay everything was in bloom including the prickly pears. It was serene, quiet, and peaceful, however, the home is located quite near to essential shopping.
A really great getaway.

Thank you for your detailed and positive feedback! We're delighted to hear that you had a delightful vacation at our property. It's wonderful to know that you appreciated the amenities. We're glad you found the location convenient yet peaceful. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great getaway in the future!
The location was charming with the promised spectacular view! There are excellent seating options both indoors and outdoors maximizing the use of the property. The downstairs bed is a Murphy bed which makes it rather uncomfortable and much too small for two adults. It's also not as ADA accessible as we thought because of the design of the bed. The twin beds are tiny and not realistic for adults to sleep in. The kitchen is stocked except for cookie sheets (or at least we couldn't find them) but otherwise it had plenty of dishes and classy serving dishes.
The pool filter unfortunately broke so the pool was not usable due to the large amount of tree droppings that we were warned about in the listing, but without the filter working, it was overwhelming. The Vacasa support staff warned us about the situation upon arrival but it was not fixable during our 4-day trip which was disappointing.
However, the music system is terrific, the home quite comfortable, location is close to stores and restaurants, and just what we needed for our older family. Overall, a great property that we highly recommend!

Elisa, thank you for sharing your experience with us, we're so pleased you enjoyed our home and its location served you well! We're glad you found the kitchen well-stocked, but we're sorry you didn't see a cookie sheet, and our local manager assured us that they will look into this and buy one if needed. Additionally, while we acknowledge that beds will not suit everyone's specific preferences, we regret that the Murphy bed was not comfortable for you. To clarify, this home is not listed as ADA-accessible and we are truly sorry for any misunderstanding. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.
This luxury home is even better in person than advertised. We loved the living room with gas fireplace and seeing the waterfall outside one huge picture window and a view of the Catalina mountains out the other. The kitchen/family room was just perfect and had everything we needed. All of the bedrooms are amazing and all of the baths are updated and beautiful. But, the primary suite is so over-the-top spectacular! The photos show your own balcony, but what it doesn’t show is the amazing view! The view is of the spectacular property as well as the Tucson mountains and city lights. The bath had a walk-in shower and also a soaking tub that is not just jetted, but a massage tub. Huge walk-in closet and a warming towel drawer. If the house is not enough, the grounds are so spectacular! The salt water pool was heated in the middle of january like a warm bath. The spa connected to the pool was also warm at about 98°. Down below by the outdoor fireplace is the hot tub set at 102 that was perfect after our day of hiking! We picked grapefruits from the tree that were delicious. Again, the view is spectacular of the Tucson and Catalina mountains with city lights. We brought our small dog and the property was well set up to accommodate. If i could give this more than a five star, i would! We did not want to leave, and actually extended our stay a few days and the property management group was great to accommodate.
