You will have private and exclusive access to the backyard. This is one of three apartments in SpringHouse Charleston.

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The location was as expected and really enjoyed that part of our stay. There were a few things that didn't meet our expectations. The rental didn't have any type of table or chairs within the space, it did have outdoor dining in the private backyard. However, not something you would use in the 30 - 40 degree weather. The rental was also very cold even with all the electric heaters that we were instructed to use that were left on 24/7, we still woke up to less than 64 degrees on the thermostat and was actually colder in some of the downstairs.I wouldn't recommend renting this unit.
