The apartment was just what we needed for a few nights. Very clean, comfy beds, great location. The property manager even gave us an extra parking spot. Just enough space for everyone! I will definitely look at Guesthouse properties first for our next Charleston trip.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
We were disappointed with the living room couch and chairs that were very stained and dirty. The towels were quite thin. The main television flickered constantly - it was tough to watch football and news programs. The porch light was burned out making it difficult to see the keypad at night. Lastly -I wish we were warned by how much construction was happening around us. It was very loud and disturbing. For the high price we should have gotten clean furniture and a working television and light.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bath. The neighborhood is great and in walking distance to everything. In the beginning there was a little glitch, I was not receiving emails on how to check in. Once that was resolved everything else went smoothly. We we would absolutely stay at this location again.
The property was clean, comfortable, and with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the rental company was excellent. There was off-street parking in the back of the building. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to rent this particular unit and would definitely recommend it!
This is a lovely apartment upstairs right next-door to our son’s apartment on King Street. Wonderful location and very tasteful and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely stay here again!
We loved our time at this property! I stayed with my mom and sister for my wedding weekend, and we had the best time. Clean, great location, & the property manager was awesome to work with. We’ll be back!
Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Great location. We had a problem with our ice maker and they were there very quickly to fix the problem. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. The little courtyard was an added bonus and perfect to sit and have a drink and meet others staying there.
We stayed here for a wedding given the proximity to the venue, but would definitely stay here next time we are in Charleston. The location was great and the unit was gorgeous and well stocked. My toddler accidentally locked us out of the bathroom and the owner was over within minutes to help us. Would definitely recommend!
This home was so spectacular and full of rich history of Charleston. It was an absolute gem! Aside from the amazing historical aspect this home has amazing mattresses, linens, and the kitchen had wonderful amenities and everything needed! By far the best rental property I’ve stayed in! This property is an absolute must!!
Guesthouse was wonderful and we had the feel of historical Charleston.
Need to identify if the rentals are upstairs. My husband had 2 knee surgeries and moving up and down the stairs were difficult. Need to have before rentals.
I'm from Beaufort, sister lives in Summerville and mom flew down from Rhode Island. The three of us spent a few beautiful, sunny days in Charleston together. This is a charming place. Very clean and well appointed. It is a 10 minute walk to the Music Hall. We walked to the shops on King Street, all the way to the marketplace. Plenty of places to stop in for a drink or bite to eat. Ubers are readily avaliable in a matter of minutes right at the gate when you give address. We left my car safely parked in spot D our entire stay. The grounds are very clean. Landscaping is pretty. We did have a little glitch with the ice maker in the fridge not working. We walked down to Jersey Mikes and bought a few cups of ice to get us through the first night. The property manager was responsive and had Dustin out the next day to address the fridge and deliver us a bag of ice. He replaced the filter but sadly it didn't produce ice during our stay, but bagged ice was available. The back bedroom, with the extremely comfortable king size bed, could use room darkening shades. The adjacent lots have two extremely bright security lights that stay on all night long and the thin bamboo shades in that room offer no barrier at all to those bright lights. Our last night there we were watching a movie after a night out and we kept getting an interruption of Mac ID code on the TV. I guess the guest in the next unit was trying to connect on their TV but it was picking up on our TV.
Beautiful space in an excellent location. A couple of tiny details that could use some improvement- the TV in the living room flickers, and there were some things from prior stays in the bathroom. Something that we understand can’t be avoided in the south, but we did have a large roach and ants in the sink as well. Other than these concerns, it was a great stay!
This was our second stay here. We like the convenience of the location to interstate and so many walkable restaurants. The apartment has everything my husband and I need for a week's stay.
Excellent location, beautiful apartment, clean, accommodating, and great communication. The only thing I would say negative is that the water in the master bedroom bathroom does not come out very strong. Other than that, I would stay there again in a heartbeat
