It was a simple and easy process. The house was nice as well as the yard, Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold to swim And the thermostat needed a code to be able to adjust. Outside of those 2 minor things. It was a great stay, Everyone enjoyed themselves and had plenty of room.

Nice stay, but no pool

We enjoyed our stay at this home overall! The property was conveniently-located and clean, the outdoor space was lovely, and we appreciated the provided amenities like extra towels. However, we were disappointed to discover the pool was not heated during our February stay, despite the listing description. We later learned that pool heating requires a 72-hour advance request and incurs a daily fee. This information was not clear in the description prior to booking, and had we known, we would have considered a different property. Clearer communication/advertising about this policy would have been appreciated.

Disappointed

The exterior of the property (patio furniture and surrounding area and entrance) was dirty and dusty. The windows and screens were filthy. The sliding door to the master bathroom was off track and not able to open without assistance. It caused two of our lady guests to yell out for help to open the door. Interior window blinds were very dusty in one of the bedrooms. All in all we had a very nice time with family and friends, but somewhat disappointed in the condition of the property.
