Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful and well-equipped home boasts a fantastic location only five miles away from downtown Tempe and everything it has to offer. Find yourself within a short walk or drive of amazing restaurants and local attractions, including Kiwanis Park, Ken McDonald Golf Course, Tempe Beach Park, Dobson Ranch Golf Course, Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Zoo, Mesa Arts Center, Arizona Mills for shopping, Pima Canyon Trailhead, and Tempe Diablo Stadium. Arizona State University Tempe Campus is only four and a half miles away.

As you enter this air-conditioned home, you will discover a cozy living room with an inviting sectional right in front of a smart TV with streaming services. This is a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and stream your favorite series and movies, especially after a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool. Great Rental

We have been staying in this condo for the last 3 years and it's an amazing place. We love the close location to the airport, the accommodations are perfect. The condo is kept in perfect conditions, the instructions are very easy to follow, everything that needs to be there is always there (toilet paper, paper towels, soup, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.

Desert Gem!

I couldnt have asjed for better. The olace was spitless, loiked exactly like the pics amazing layout of the house itself and the Kitchen......WOW!! I have never stayed in a place that had almost everything possible that yiu mught need! I was seriously immpressed. Will definatley stay again!

Great stay!

The property was exactly as described. Conveniently located in a safe area, clean, and great communication. We did not use the pool. Did not have pack'n play for baby but we knew this in advance.

My experience was alright

The property listing was accurate just as in the pictures. Nice and clean overall. The location was convenient. There are a few things that I didn’t like. The shower in the second bedroom didn’t have hot water, so my son had to use my shower, which defeat the purpose of having two showers. The shower in my bedroom didn’t drain properly, that caused the tub to be dirty. I had to clean it before each use. Also, the dishwasher and washing machine were dirty and look like they haven’t been used in ages, so I didn’t do laundry there and hand washed the dishes that I used.
