Kitchen was well equipped and very functional. Livingroom and TV entertainment was easy and comfortable. Heat and Cooling worked fine.Nice, quiet, Neighborhood and location was convenient. Recommend entry through Garage, was easy for us - one vehicle. Host response by phone was fairly, quick and helpful -- the Guestbook was a bit outdated -- but after call; it was all sorted out. Enjoyed Flagstaff.

Great rental in Flagstaff

The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. It's nestled in a safe, well landscaped subdivision. We spent most of our time at the fairgrounds, so it was very well located. Downtown was about 10-12 minutes away. I loved the running trails nearby!

Horse Trials at Tuthill

Perfect stay close to Fort Tuthill where my daughter was competing in the Horse Trails. Just a 6 minute drive.Lovely property to be in after lang days. Thank you!

Everything you need!

This house is in a very nice neighborhood in a great location. It was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and everything you need in a kitchen. We had 4 children (ages 10-15) and we had plenty of room. Check in and out was very easy. I loved reading the guestbook because other people gave ideas for food and activities. The house even had a binder full of local activities and restaurant recommendations. We went to Flagstaff Extreme, which was super fun and it's only maybe 10 minutes from the house. Thank you! Highly recommend staying here! Oh, and the listing says it doesn't have AC, but they have window ACs in every room and it was very cold.

Disappointing rental!

This house was, in several ways, disappointing from the moment we got out of the car. The sidewalk to the front door was littered with fruits from a tree in the entry. I love the idea of vegetation but the fruits prevented suitcases from even rolling. When we got in, there was popcorn in and around one bed, hairs under the covers of another bed, a dirty duvet blanket, a jar of open cooking grease on the counter (causing the whole house to smell of french fries), dishes in the dishwasher, bathrooms not cleaned at all to my satisfaction (hairs around toilets, whiskers around sink), and the back seating/patio area was covered in pine needles. We contacted someone about the condition of the property via text and they offered to send someone out to clean, but we had already unloaded the dishwasher, taken the cooking grease out, cleaned the oven and started washing sheets. We requested money off our cleaning fee, which they said they would consider. Seven days later, I hadn't heard anything in response. It turns out, they had sent some money to our account without saying anything - but that was what they had overcharged us in the first place. We heard nothing else about a lesser cleaning fee, and they would not engage in conversation about it later. I am disappointed that we paid a service fee and received dismal service. The house itself was fine but we are really disappointed with this rental overall and do not recommend staying here at all.
