This Flagstaff house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms and 1,560 square-feet of living space in the bottom floor of this single-family residence with it's own separate entrance. The peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood and the many pine trees make it a fabulous retreat for guests. Enjoy the cozy living space, well-equipped bathroom, and a big private backyard with a 6-person hot tub (for VRBO residents), ninja course, and trampoline. We think our place will help you experience everything Flagstaff has to offer. Included in the 3rd bedroom is a treadmill for working out. Enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast if requested. Note, there is a separate residence upstairs.

Clean and cozy! Great place to stay with kids. Trampoline, chickens, play structure out back and a very nice hot tub. Residents live upstairs so you can hear them walk a bit but it didn’t bother us. They were very kind and let our kids even feed the chickens!

Why they chose this property

We love the forest astmosphere of University Heights. There's lots of forest trails just behind the elementary school for all to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The charming neighborhood with all the pine trees is great for going all walks, or simpley enjoy the forest-themed neighborhood from the hot tub. We have chickens, so fresh eggs are available upon request.
