The peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood and marvelous decor make it a fabulous retreat for guests. Enjoy the cozy living space, well-equipped bathroom, and convenient amenities like an iron and hair dryer. We think our place will help you experience everything Flagstaff has to offer. Included in the 3rd bedroom is a treadmill and desk for quite remote working. Enjoy the new 6-person hot tub as well as fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast if requested. Note, there are residents on the 1st floor of this house.

We love the forest astmosphere of University Heights. There's lots of forest trails just behind the elementary school for all to enjoy!
What makes this property unique
The charming neighborhood with all the pine trees is great for going all walks, or simpley enjoy the forest-themed neighborhood from the hot tub. We have chickens, so fresh eggs are available upon request.
