Horrible corporate owned rental. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Contacted property manager every day and were promised it would be fixed - but never was. Pool is unheated and hence unusable in AZ in March - they fail to mention that. Furnishings are cheap - fake books that are just cardboard boxes. Toilet paper is the thinnest, cheapest you can find. Yet their added “fees” were 1000 over and above the listed rental cost. All customer service correspondence is very polished - but never resulted in any corrections. Requested partial refund and were denied as they said “the hot tub and pool are not essential services” and admitted they use them to lead off the ad just to be “catchy marketing”. Would never suggest anyone staying here unless/until ownership changes. Casago is the worst.
