Not thrilled!

Way too many issues to list with this property for the cost. I would be hesitant to rent through your company again. For the owner to not want to spend the money to correct things promptly because as I was told "they plan on remodeling the home and don't want to spend money on it now"is pathetic. They wanted the income didn't they!

Great time

This property was in a location we have been quite familiar with for almost 40 years. Our expectations were hopeful. The house had everything that we did expect. It was a wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms are excellent. The beds were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and kitchen supplies that we needed for meals. Since it is mostly tiled floors, it was somewhat resonate hard to be quiet. We had age ranges from a one-year-old infant to seniors. There was available bikes and an abundance of towels, sheets, etc. Very much enjoyed the kitchen area for family meals. It was a little cold outside so we didn’t really use the outside table. We did use the hot tub, which was quite nice. We did not use the pool. It took us a little bit of time to figure out how to get the hot tub to warm up. But after we did this, it was very straightforward. We also used the outdoor grill several times which seemed a little inconsistent in the heating. But overall was dependable. This was a very pricey house but it was worth the cost. We very much enjoyed our time. the house managers made this quite easy. Good communication. We likely would want to rent the house again. Would highly recommend staying there. Verycomfortable. We did not use the sauna at all.
