An exceptional stay awaits at this modern and comfortable townhome! Highlights include a private garage and plenty of room for the whole gang to spread out over two levels, and lots of amenities such as a full kitchen and a private washer/dryer. The main living area features an oversized leather sectional and TV, and just around the corner is the adorably sunny galley kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a snack or a feast. If you've got work to do, there are two desk areas within the condo where you can set up your command center, and there's a lovely private patio as well if you'd prefer to work outside–or just relax and enjoy the sunshine. And, with a convenient central Scottsdale location.

Great Base for Exploring Scottsdale

This townhouse ended up being just what I was looking for—quiet, residential, and still within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Once I got my bearings, I realized I could walk to coffee shops and restaurants on the south side of Old Town in about 15 minutes, which was perfect.I did run into a hiccup with the thermostat early in the stay—it had been locked by a previous guest, and the house got quite warm before Vacasa was able to resolve it. Fortunately, it was handled to my satisfaction, and the rest of the stay was comfortable.One thing to note: the garage is quite small. If you’re driving anything larger than a compact sedan, you’ll likely need to park outside, which seemed to be common among neighbors. Also, some reviewers mentioned the gate access being confusing. There’s a keypad on the pedestrian gate that controls both the gate and garage access. Once inside, they provide a remote.Overall, a solid spot in a great location—ideal if you’re looking for a quieter alternative to the heart of Old Town with quick access to everything.

Blue Cactus getaway

We enjoyed everything about the rental, as far as being clean, location and place. The only trouble was getting in. The gate code for driving in did not work, as there is no place to put in the code. So you have to enter through the pedestrian gate. We did not have the actual house number, so we just searched for the one with a lock box. Once we got in the key to the gate and garage were inside. Then we could get the car in and unpack. Unfortunately the garage key wasn't working, so one of us had to go around to the pedestrian gate every time to put the car in the garage. Quite a pain! I contacted the number of vacasa to get help they never got back to me.

Bathroom in 2nd bedroom upstairs sink was left dirty, partially used teeth whitening strips left in the cabinet. No sheets for pull out couch. No ice machine. There were not enough towels or bath cloths. Checking in was a nightmare. There was absolutely no gate box to enter gate code, I was able to enter from the walking gate, when I got to the door with the key lock there was no key to unit in there. I had to call support for help. When we finally got in, battery on garage door opener and gate opener were almost dead, you had to press multiple times for either of them to open.

Beautiful vacation condo in Old Town Scottsdale

I rented this condo for the weekend as a staycation to celebrate a friend’s birthday. This beautiful, modern condo is spotless and it’s equipped with everything you need, whether you’re going out or staying in. It’s located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, just a few minutes away from Valley Ho, amazing restaurants and bars. It’s professionally decorated, so warm and inviting! I’ve already booked my next stay!
