The 65 sq m ground-floor flat is located adjacent to the owner's flat but is completely independent. It consists of a large double bedroom with an extra bed (which can be converted into a triple room with three single beds), a small twin bedroom (which can also be used as a double room), a lounge-entry room with a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette complete with washing machine, fridge, kitchen and all holiday essentials.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels and tablecloths) must be brought along by guests. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with TV. At the back of the flat there is an open-air, covered area with a wooden roof complete with table, chairs and outdoor shower.
Ample parking space is available inside the residence. 2 bicycles are available for moving around. The flat is about 800 metres from the entrance to the city of Galatina and is located in a green area of absolute respect for the environment. From our flat you can reach the following tourist resorts of Salento: Lecce 18 km. in 15 minutes by car; Gallipoli 22 km away in 20 minutes by car; Otranto 35 km away in 30 minutes by car; Santa Maria di Leuca 45 minutes away in 40 minutes by car; the municipalities of the Grika community 7/15 km away in 15 minutes by car; If you don't have a car, you can easily get around by the local "Sud-Est" railway line whose station is about 800 metres from our flat.
Finally, our flat is about 60 km. from Brindisi airport, which is well connected by bus to the railway station from where you can take the train to reach our town. We have several agreements with restaurants, agritourisms and pizzerias in the town that offer cheap fixed menus.
