This was a perfect place and walking distance to The house of blues for us! It took us 10 minutes and very easy to get there walking. It's located in a quiet place for being downtown. Beds are comfortable and couch as well! Will definitely be booking again for the next trip to Cleveland!!

The property worked out great for a long weekend in Cleveland. It was clean and comfortable for my husband, son and myself. The check-in process was easy. We had to maneuver a little bit to park our large SUV in the garage, but we still really appreciated the garage parking. It was an easy walk to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and Huntington Bank Field, which was great as we were able to avoid parking issues for a concert during a busy weekend in downtown Cleveland.

Extremely unreliable host. I booked this property for one night, and about two hours after my reservation was confirmed, the host canceled it because he stated that he does not rent to local residents with the same area code. This restriction was NOWHERE in the listing before I booked and paid.I explained that the cancellation left me scrambling for somewhere to stay that night and asked if he would honor the reservation as a courtesy since this policy was never disclosed. I received no response. Customer service also contacted the host regarding the situation, and he still refused to honor the reservation.What made the situation even more questionable was that when I checked the property later, the prices had doubled and dates were removed from availability.This entire experience was a nightmare. I was left searching for accommodations at the last minute and then had to deal with the headache of getting my money refunded.I honestly do not understand how this listing is still available after an experience like this. A confirmed reservation clearly does not guarantee your stay with this host. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
