NO smoking inside the unit.
NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is NOT allowed, Zero tolerance. 

-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.

2) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

3) The unit is located on the SECOND-FLOOR.

4) LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer is a digital payment laundry shared by all of the tenants at the apartment complex. Please provide your laundry detergent for personal use.

5) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
