6) NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY OR IN VEHICLES!
7) MEN: NO PEEING OFF THE PORCH!
The outdoors CANNOT be utilized as BATHROOM FACILITIES.
This is considered PUBLIC NUDITY and is ILLEGAL.
The farmhouse is located at a crossroads with neighbors living on 3 sides & traffic day & night.
Remember, there is a Ring Video Doorbell for guests.
Southern Luxuries Farmhouse provides 1.5 bathrooms, & we WILL provide a free portable commode upon request ahead of stay. If necessary, we can look into obtaining additional one.
8) NO LAW BREAKING! ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY OR IN VEHICLES!

BREAKING ANY OF THE ABOVE MAJOR INFRACTIONS:
POSSIBLY UP TO $100 FINE PLUS POSSIBLE EXPULSION FROM PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND & NO FUTURE STAYS. THIS MAY BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, AIRBNB, AND/OR POSTED ON YOUR GUEST REVIEW. DEPENDS UPON SEVERITY OF THE INFRACTION.

MINOR INFRACTIONS:

1) DO NOT rearrange or remove household furniture or furnishings.
Southern Luxuries Farmhouse contains antiques and fragile treasures which should stay in place. This includes moving any large furniture, taking down draperies or decorations, or stripping a bed of its linens, for examples. If there is a problem that you need help addressing, please message your host team on the AirBNB app!
2) FOR OWNERS OF RVs/Campers:
NO SEPTIC, GRAY, OR BLACK WATER DUMPING ONSITE OR WITHIN 2 MILES OF THE PROPERTY.

For minor infractions, possibly up to $50 fine.
