The Sleeping Quarters: * Bedroom 1: A grand Primary suite featuring a King-sized bed with premium linens and an ensuite bathroom for total privacy.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Both feature plush Queen-sized beds and are located near their own full bathrooms, eliminating any `morning rush.`

The Chef’s Kitchen: Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. We provide `Cooking Basics` (oil, salt, pepper, pots/pans) and a full set of dishes, silverware, and even chopsticks.

Family Essentials: We love hosting families! We provide a permanent Pack ’n Play, a curated collection of books and toys for ages 2–10, and a selection of board games for family game night.

Bathrooms: Each of the 3 baths is stocked with essentials: plush towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel
No Smoking: We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy. $250 + odor removal fee
Quiet Hour Violations: $100 per noise complaint
Late Checkout: $50/hour (unless pre-approved) up to full night`s stay
