The main level features a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that seats four guests, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening drinks after a day in the sun. The living room opens directly onto a screened beachfront patio, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while staying comfortably shaded from the sun and breeze. The patio includes both lounge seating and an outdoor dining table, creating a relaxing space for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or meals with sweeping beach and ocean views.
Also on the main level is the guest bedroom, which features two double beds and a dedicated workspace with desk, making it ideal for families or guests working remotely during their stay. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located nearby.

Guest have exclusive access to the entire condo. Shared access to the pool, grounds and tennis court and beach.

Unlike the busier Seven Mile Beach corridor, Spotts offers a more authentic, laid-back island experience where the pace slows down and the water feels endless.
The beach is protected by an offshore reef, creating calm, shallow waters that extend far out before reaching the reef line. This makes it one of the island’s top snorkeling destinations. It’s common to see green and hawksbill sea turtles feeding along the seagrass, and stingrays occasionally gliding across the sandy bottom. Whether you’re an experienced snorkeler or simply floating with a mask and fins, the underwater life here is truly special.
Just a five-minute drive away to the west you’ll find two convenient shopping plazas, Grand Harbour Shopping Centre and Harbour Walk, offering a supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, medical clinic, bank, gym, spa, and other everyday essentials. If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.

The Tennis Court and Pool are located across the road on a separate parcel of land owned by Coral Bay Village. Care should be taken when crossing.
We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
Interaction with Guests:
Cayman Luxury Rentals will be the main point of contact for all guests. A manager will assist you from the point of booking inquiry until you journey safely back home.
