The photos have been highly edited on vrbo, the interior is nice , but smells like a urinal and the grounds have not been kept up. Tree limbs everywhere, grass not mowed, leaves and trash lying around. Mud from rain was such an issue that we couldn’t park in the drive way ( not wanting to walk through muddy high grass as no walk way). We parked on the street thinking it would be safer to find its walkway and doormat were just as muddy. We called the host who blamed everything on the rain, and basically didn't understand how the four of us could all smell urine, as her previous guest and housekeeper never mentioned it. Once I talked to her about the issues, I texted her hoping to get access to open the garage (a listed amenity) thinking this would alleviate us having to walk through mud every time we entered the house but she never returned my text. The washer with only one item washing was so off balance that we had to cancel the cycle. There was a coffee pot that didn’t work and the regulation frisbee golf and outside patio were a joke. There was a nice game room that did include games, but it didn’t make up for a host that was ok with letting her guest be put in harms way and failed to return text. Being that she knew there had been “so much rain “ I feel she should have checked the property not only would she have found the poor conditions, she would have found the tree limbs making wires to the house sag.
