Linens, towels and coded entry for each room. Ample closet and drawer space for storage, ceiling fan, spacious family/media room, workspace with printer, and full bathroom conveniently located upstairs. Open invite to fully equipped 1st floor kitchen featuring a breakfast space set up, a formal dining room to enjoy a seated meal and formal living room to engage in thoughtful conversation or family gathering. Lastly, this property offers an open fenced backyard and firepit to enjoy those beautiful Texas evenings.

The location was perfect for our need of visiting family in the Temple area. It was everything we needed for our family that made the trip with us. We where very happy to be able to have our fur baby with us too. The only thing that needs attention is the back yard fence. Our 13 lb dog could find his way through the holes, that are in the fence.

Single 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath family home. Conveniently located close to popular shopping stores and restaurants in Temple, TX. The beautiful Lion Waterpark. The neighborhood is family oriented and friendly.

What makes this property unique

Taylor's Home Comforts is a single-family home located in the Echo Village subdivision. Conveniently located not far from popular community waterpark, shopping, stores and restaurants in Temple, Texas. The beautiful Lion Park equipped with a (seasonal opening) waterpark, jungle gym, park and trail adds to this already highly attractive area with fresh air and scenic views! The 2nd floor of Taylor Home Comforts boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, a bright sparkling full bath, a living room area equipped with recliner sectional, chaise lounge, a 55in. smart television, work/study area and a relaxing lounge atmosphere. Laminate floors throughout minimizing stains and accident clean-up. On the first floor, guests have access to the full-size kitchen, which includes flat top stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishes and dishwasher. Cleaning utensils are provided and available. There is also a comfortable dining area ready and waiting to be set up for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Washer and Dryer available, however, detergent is not provided. Tile floors throughout minimizes stains from accidental spills and such. There is fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Parking is limited but available, driveway parking is available and immediately in front of the house on the street. Each bedroom has its very own coded entry door lock. Bedrooms I & II each include a queen bed and bedroom III includes a full bed. All rooms offer a 32in smart television, plenty closet and drawer space that will easily accommodate storage needs, hangers, bedside lamp and a small ottoman for seating or extra surface space. Extra linen and towels are available upon request. Please be advised that there is one bed in each room, however another bed option is available for the living room area where there is space for an air mattress, if necessary.
