It was a nice place to stay but there are things that need improvement. The phone system is confusing. the instructions were vague and I had to actually talk to a employee to find out how to reach the front desk. Dial 8 4 times? Seriously?I didn't have my own cat so had to rely on the shuttle to get back and forth from the lobby. That was a disaster. I was in the last building and I never even saw the shuttle except for the 1 time I took it from the lobby.Finally, the outlets in the kitchen did not work so I had to move the coffee machine into the bathroom to make coffee. And finally, you leave plenty of coffee for your guest but next to nothing in sugar and creamer. Very cheap!To be honest, I would not recommend staying there to anyone. Sorry. Do better.
