Gonos villas kiotari
We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday, we stayed at Gonos Villas. The villas are absolutely spectacular, clean, modern, light and airy and extremely well set out. There is four villas in total. Two semi (A & B) and two detached (C & D). All of which are set on beautifully well kept grounds.The villas have an open plan kitchen/living area, with a double height lounge to make the most of the views down to the beach. The kitchen has everything you would expect and more, all the beds were crisp,clean and extremely comfortable, with loads of storage in the massive wardrobes. Downstairs there is a large wet room, whilst upstairs the mezzanine level master bedroom has a beautifully presented en suite and balcony. Outside next to the pool, there is a sheltered terrace, with large family table and seating, there is also ample sun loungers for lazing next to the pool. There is also barbecue facilities too. Each villa has its own private pool, which are serviced a couple of times each week. the villas themselves are a few hundred yards outside Kiotari, which is where the nearest supermarket is "Carrifour" and a few gift shops aswell as some larger hotel complexes. At end of the garden at the villa there is a track that takes you down to the beach, which is a 5 minute work. Here you will find some restaurants "Stefanos and La Strada " are a must!! Great food at reasonable prices and the service is fantastic with friendly and helpful staff.
During our stay, one of the air conditioning units stopped working. We called the owners of the villas, Ion and Dispena, who arranged for it to fixed the same day. They are a really nice friendly couple, who are only too eager to help where they can.
We had a late flight back home and Dispena kindly offered us to stay at the villa a lot later than our check out time. This was really nice and helpful of her.
We found the entire holiday, absolutely fantastic and fully intend to return, before the year is out.
Whilst Thomson holidays website capture the beauty of the villas in there pictures. I found a Scandinavian holiday website that advertises the villas also, would certainly would be worth a look as they show the villas off in the splendour that they deserve.
