The advertisement and all the pictures show that we were going to be staying in the castle and enjoying a pool and all the amenity shown in the pictures of this property . We ended up canceling the reservation upon arrival at the airport in St. Croix after meeting with a representative from the property management team due to being told that we would be staying at a small house without a pool or any real amenities at the bottom of the property. This was very disheartening. The Property management team did agree to refund me completely, which was the only silver lining. Do not expect to be staying at the Castle if you rent this house. It’s more like a guest house buried on the property somewhere for an insane amount of money. We were also told that we could use a pool that was about 15 minutes away, which is a complete joke. Run from this listing!!
