Unwind in the open-plan living area on the large sectional sofa while enjoying a movie on the 50-inch HDTV. The heart of the home is the stunning modern kitchen, fully equipped and centered around a large marble-topped island that`s perfect for gathering and preparing meals.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms. For those traveling with little ones, a crib (pack and play) is also available. An additional twin roll-out bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements. If you need to catch up on work, you`ll find a dedicated workspace in a quiet, cozy room with a desk and a lovely window seat.

**Pet Policy:** We are happy to welcome dogs under 50 lbs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies. nfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats at this time.

**Attached Unit:** Please be aware that there is an attached 1-bedroom apartment on the property (`The Surf House`), which is also available for rent here on Airbnb.
