Enjoy a wonderful view over Capdepera, the castle and the surrounding mountains from the modern Casa Varna. The townhouse is renovated and modernized and meets the highest standards.



The many fruit trees in the garden give the townhouse a lot of charm and after a pleasant swim in the pool you can find shade here. On the terrace you can relax in the seating or bath in the sun on the loungers by the pool.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms in this townhouse, four with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition, the 2 living rooms each have a large sofa bed, so that a total of 12 people can be accommodated here.

All in all a great stay, I recommend!

Me and my family of 8 stayed in the house for 4 nights. All in all it was a great stay. The location is great in a cute, calm little village with some nice restaurants, super easy parking and great proximity to a lot of wonderful beaches and fun activities like snorkling, horse riding, boat trips and caves. The outdoor area of the house is everything you can ask for, even an outdoor shower which I really like. The indoors is a bit worn down, but still pleasant. There's one aircon per floor, so no individual aircons in the bedrooms. There are two kitchens, but only one of them is in use. The bathrooms are ok, but like in many places in Mallorca, the water pressure and amount of hot water is so-so. I would say the house is good value for money. The host is really nice, helpful and super-easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Great location, but house needs to be updated as lots broken

Pros: The outdoor area was lovely and the location was within walking distance of everything which was great Cons: The host was not all that friendly and did not give us a lot of information during check in (for example wifi code, where the trip switch was for when electricty trips, where to bring bins). When there were issues such as the pool being filled with foam upon arrival, the bathroom door being stuck closed, the electricity in the kitchen being lost, he seemed very unhappy to help us and made out like it was our fault. Would not stay again for these reasons. Although we did really enjoy our stay overall, i felt the customer service was lacking.

Außergewöhnlich

Die Gastgeber sind großartig und das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort. Einziger Minuspunkt, zum Strand läuft man rund 30 Minuten, ich empfehle hierfür doch ein Auto, wenn es sehr warm ist. Einkaufen ist aber gut zu Fuß möglich. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub

Ein sehr persönliches liebevolles eingerichtetes Stadthaus

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Der Gastgeber Konstantin ist sehr herzlich gewesen und jederzeit für uns erreichbar gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Pros: Die Finca ist tatsächlich noch schöner in echt, als auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr sympathischer Mann und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Lage der Finca ist ruhig, so kann man ungestört schlafen nach einer langen Party Nacht. Cons: Leider gab es in den Duschen im Obergeschoss kein warmes Wasser und der Wasserdruck war auch sehr schwach, so das nur eine geringe Menge an Wasser raus kam.

Sehr angenehmes Haus

Wir waren zum 2. mal dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir mögen es in einer teilweise lebhaften Umgebung zu sein Auto ist sinnvoll. Vorsicht beim Parken!!!!! immer auf die Markierung penibelst achten. Touristen werden gerne. bei der Polizei gemeldet und abgeschleppt. Info: Keine Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Klimaanlage in den Wohnzimmer auf beiden Etagen. Viermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr schöne Stadtvilla in der traditionsreiche Stadt Capdepera

Pros: Die Villa war für unseren Trappfamilie Urlaub genau richtig. Eine schöne, große und geräumige Villa. (5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) Wir waren sofort verliebt. Von außen eher unscheinbar, aber von Innen sehr schön. Die Eigentümer (zwei Brüder) waren für uns immer ansprechbar und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden. Der Pool und die Pflanzen wurden vom Eigentümer alle paar Tage gereinigt und gegossen. Den Pool hätten wir auch selbst immer sauber gemacht, hier könnte man überlegen, ob es nicht sinnvoll wäre ein Poolreiniger/Roboter anzuschaffen. 🌟😍 Das Haus hat liebevolle und kreative Details. Die Küche war soweit gut ausgestattet. Uns haben lediglich kleine Teller gefehlt. Wir haben uns schrecklich wohl gefühlt. Und haben schöne und unvergessliche Tage in der Villa gebabt. Die Kinder haben sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt. Sehr gerne hatten wir auch die Waschmaschine genutzt, dafür hätten man vielleicht noch ein Wäscheständer bereithalten können. Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.👍 Cons: Aus unserer Sicht und jahrelange Mallorca Urlaubs Erfahrung, gibt es hier nichts zu meckern und wenn kannman jederzeit mit dem Eigentümer sprechen. Er ist wirklich sehr offen und freundlich! Wir waren einfach gut aufgehoben. 🙏 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn auch der Ort war für uns eine Bereicherung.

Schönes Haus mit toller Lage

Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die bei kleinen Problemen (Stromausfall) sofort erreichbar waren und sich darum gekümmert haben. Pool war ausreichend groß und vorallem die Kids hatten darin sehr viel Spaß. Cons: Geschirrspüler spülte nicht richtig, so dass man vorallem benutzte Gläser immer mit der Hand nachspülen musste. War aber für uns kein großes Problem.
