However, it's worth noting that most of the maintenance items, along with the photos, were shared a couple of days after your checkout, which unfortunately didn't give us the opportunity to address them during your stay. Whenever you did reach out while you were at the property, our team responded promptly to help resolve the issues that were reported. Regarding the palmetto bugs, they are common in our coastal area and can occasionally make their way indoors despite regular professional pest control treatments, particularly during the warmer months, after heavy rain, or when doors are opened frequently. While we understand they can be unsettling, their presence is not necessarily an indication of a cleanliness issue. We've shared your comments with our team and will continue working to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests.
