Holiday Apartment No. 8 at Strandvilla Krabbe is a one-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The approximately 30 m² barrier-free holiday apartment on the ground floor features a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, an accessible bathroom, and a west-facing terrace, and is also suitable for wheelchair users. It’s just 10 metres from the beach.

The living area features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). The double sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm) provides sleeping space for 2 additional guests. With a flat-screen TV and a CD player, you can make yourself comfortable—not just on rainy days. The floor in the living area is covered with designer flooring. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, west-facing terrace.

There is a closet available in the hallway.

In the kitchenette, which is integrated into the living area of the holiday rental, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Among other things, you’ll find a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The spacious, tiled shower room offers plenty of room for wheelchair users—the shower and toilet are equipped accordingly. The Strandvilla Krabbe (Units 1–7) and the adjoining guesthouse (Units 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor seating area and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property!

A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use costs 20.00 euros (per day, as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without sheet sets).

Are you looking for a holiday right by the sea? The lovingly restored Strandvilla Krabbe is located in the front row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998 with the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.


Holiday Rentals at Strandvilla Krabbe


During the renovation, six holiday rentals were created in the main villa and a total of eight in the extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of the apartments have a lake view or face the lake. All holiday apartments are one- or two-bedroom units.

Do you need Wi-Fi access while on holiday? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe car park. There is a bike shed.
