The holiday apartment is a comfortable 3-room accommodation and offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is particularly suitable for older guests, as it is wheelchair-accessible and features an lift.

The spacious balcony offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and invites guests to enjoy cosy moments outdoors. All rooms, including the balcony, offer a picturesque view of the sea, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment features high-quality furnishings that combine modern comfort with stylish design. In the bedroom, guests will find a comfortable box-spring bed (2 x 1.80 m), which ensures a restful night’s sleep, and a sliding-door closet with a mirror (2.16 x 2 x 0.68 m). The second bedroom is furnished with a daybed (2 x 1 m), which can be used flexibly, a small wardrobe, and an armchair with a table.

Guest Access
Access is available either via “Hanseweg” through the stairwell (lift) or via the underground car park—access via “Ostseeallee” and take the lift to the 1st floor
Additional Important Information
The holiday rental is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector. Please be sure to open a window for ventilation when using the fireplace. Each room has a window with a professional mosquito screen that cannot and must not be altered.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE:
The minimum stay for the holiday rental is 6 nights during the high season and 3 nights during the low season.

From May 1 through October 31, check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays.
