The Landidyll 03 holiday rental is a newly renovated and modernly furnished duplex apartment (completed in July 2020) with three rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The apartment is part of a complex that includes two other holiday apartments in the main building of a former farmhouse. The property is situated in a quiet location not far from a natural beach, cliffs, and the coastal bike path in Elmenhorst, just outside Boltenhagen (about a 10-minute drive).

Spanning three floors, this stylish holiday rental features a spacious living area with a cosy dining area and a chic built-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a guest bathroom, and a storage room. In this approximately 80 m² living oasis, you can enjoy a fantastic family holiday with all the amenities you need.

Enjoy your holiday at its very best. You’ll have over 80 m² of living space with access to the terrace, two bedrooms, one shower room, and one guest bathroom.

An outdoor staircase leads you directly into the stylish and cosy living area, which is equipped with, among other things, a large 55-inch TV. From the living room, you’ll find the open and modern kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, and microwave, it naturally includes all necessary kitchen utensils such as a toaster, electric kettle, etc. The dining table offers plenty of space for leisurely meals with the whole family.

From the heart of the holiday rental, you step out onto the spacious, west-facing terrace with comfortable seating. From here, you can fully enjoy the sunshine and the evening hours.

The entire apartment is chic and stylishly furnished, instantly creating a sense of well-being. The ground floor of this uniquely laid-out apartment also features a modern guest bathroom. There is also a storage room where you can store a vacuum cleaner and other everyday items.

The hallway alcove houses the coat closet, which offers ample space. The entire lower level is equipped with underfloor heating, providing cosy warmth during the colder months.

A large wooden staircase leads you to the hallway on the ground floor. From here, you can access the second bathroom with a walk-in shower or the cosy bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm). A TV is also available here. The room also features a small desk. You’ll find plenty of space to store your holiday wardrobe in a closet and on an open shelf.

On the second floor is another lovingly furnished bedroom with a bunk bed. The lower bed measures 140 x 200 cm, and the upper bed measures 90 x 200 cm. Of course, there’s also a TV here for some entertainment.

Since the individual floors are not physically separated from one another, stair gates have been installed to keep the little ones safe.

All rooms feature high-quality designer flooring, and the bedrooms can be darkened using pleated blinds.
The apartment includes a charcoal grill. A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the adjacent utility room.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a dry place in the bike storage room in the adjacent building. You also have the option to reserve rental bikes online before your arrival and take advantage of a pick-up and drop-off service. (way2bike.de)

A high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge for younger guests. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

The covered wooden deck of the adjacent building is available for all guests to use. From here, you can also enjoy the sunset.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).
