The house has a large swimming pool of 8m x 4m on its exterior, surrounded by tall palm trees and nature, offering you the possibility of sunbathing while enjoying a refreshing drink and relaxing on one of its eight available loungers. Additionally, you can find several rest areas also outside or where you can share pleasant moments with family or friends while enjoying a good glass of wine.

The outdoor area has a covered porch with a wide table and 8 chairs where you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast while enjoying the morning breeze.

Preparing a delicious barbecue on the outdoor grill completes a pleasant evening with friends and family.

Or how about a table tennis match? The house offers enough space for families with children. The little ones have fun playing on the beautiful and well-maintained green meadow.



With capacity for 8 people, it is very spacious, with 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two are composed of two single beds each. The ground floor bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The other bathroom and the 3 remaining bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a third full bathroom outside, located in the terrace area.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to venture to prepare some Mediterranean-style recipe and enjoy it on the wide covered terrace. Inside, there is also a table equipped with 8 chairs.

Equipped in detail with air conditioning throughout the accommodation, Smart TV, wifi, recently renovated kitchen... Ideal for perfect holidays.



The town of Lloret de Vista Alegre is located about 5 minutes by car. Located in the center of the island, so the property is an excellent starting point for excursions and walks through the city of Palma de Mallorca or to any of the coasts. All the beaches on the island are easily accessible.
