The Reet/AM19a holiday home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your holiday here—over 100 m².

On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living room with a cosy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. You’ll also find the guest bathroom with a shower and the entryway here.

The south-west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. Enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace, which is equipped with two garden loungers. For your entertainment, the living room features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

In the attic, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a TV. The attic also features an utility room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a hallway. In the loft, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included in the holiday home. There is also a private block sauna in the garden available for a fee (you can pick up the key at the front desk). A handcart (subject to availability) is available for trips to the beach. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking home.

The Mariannenweg holiday resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The car park is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. This holiday home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is about 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the activities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg holiday resort, exclusive holiday homes with a unique, personalised character await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached houses features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at each house.
