Auf den Tiefgaragenstellplatz passt ein Opel Astra Kombi inkl. Dachträger problemfrei. Die Dachbox kann auf einem separaten Platz abgestellt werden. Die Ausrichtung der Wohnung zum Park und angrenzendem Spielplatz ist nicht zu laut. Im Kinderzimmer langen die Vorhänge nicht zum Verdunkeln. (Im Elternschlafzimmer geht dies etwas besser.) WLAN per Hotspot vorhanden, wenn auch nicht immer und nur träge. Strandkorbvermietung direkt vor der Haustür.
