Serene 2-bedroom house with roof deck in charming Ventura

Hello! Thanks for your interest in my home, which has everything you need for yourself and your well-behaved dog. Enjoy the mountain views on the rooftop deck. Sip a cup of coffee on the front porch. Hit the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, which is less than a mile away. Walk just two blocks to enjoy everything Midtown Ventura has to offer, including Buddy's Wine Bar, The Benchwarmer, Singing Sun, and Santa Cruz Market. Downtown is only 1.5 miles away and has great food, shopping, and bars. The house is stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
The house is a Spanish-style home that was built in 1924. It has beautiful exposed wooden beams, a recently redone large, well-lit bathroom, a new half bath, two bedrooms, an upgraded kitchen, and a brand-new washer/dryer and refrigerator. The house also has two living areas, one equipped that can serve as a third bedroom with an air mattress for larger groups. This all-electric home will be a comfortable getaway for you and your loved ones. I love my house and hope you can enjoy it too!
