Escape to your next long vacation. Come stay in our Beautiful large second floor condo in picturesque Venice Florida at Bird Bay Village. This condo is a short drive (8 minutes) to Venice Beach and Nokomis Beach. Other beaches like Siesta Keys are not far either. FUN, FUN, FUN. So many amenities for you here, including Tennis, Pickleball, Large pool for relaxing or getting your laps in or join the daily Water Aerobics. We have a Gym, a Library and a clubhouse with so many activities to join in on. You'll make many new friends because everyone is so friendly here at Bird Bay Village. Downtown Venice is right down the street where you can enjoy many shops, restaurants and Theatres just to name a few things to do. Every Saturday they have a large Market downtown where you can find many treasures as well. Or, pack you lunch and enjoy the Beach anytime you like. The Legacy Bike Trail is just around the corner so bring your bikes and enjoy riding through the beautiful scenery. You'll have your own covered parking and a secured storage unit which has beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for you to use. Our condo is all newly painted and sparkling clean. The condo has large beach towels for pool or beach along with a beach bag as well. The Master bedroom includes a new king bed, cable TV (new pictures to come) and private updated full bathroom. Second full bathroom completely remolded as well. The condo has full laundry in unit. The large screened in Lanai is waiting for you to enjoy winding down after a full day of adventure. Enjoy all that Venice has to offer when you come here for your long relaxing vacation.
