Welcome to Sunrise Beach Condominium! This beautifully, freshly renovated unit is located on the beach and enjoys breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

One Bedroom and two bathrooms with an additional bunk room makes this condo unit the ultimate family get-away! This condo gives families and guests a separate place to visit and relax while the little one's nap behind closed doors. The unit has one king bed in the master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, and a full size kids bedroom, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the common space living room. MAX occupancy is 6 people. The full-sized stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, with a sleek black glass top oven.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic necessities like pots, pans, coffee mugs, glasses, silverware etc.

Other Things to Know:

-Parking passes are $55 per vehicle and will need to be purchased via link sent via email and in confirmation email.

-(6 Wristbands are provided in the unit upon check-in. They will need to be placed back into basket/on the kitchen counter upon departure for future guest use. They are $5 dollars apiece and can be purchased at the HOA office on L5, if lost. The HOA will replace them for free if they are accidentally broken.)

A $500 refundable security deposit is required, or you may choose to purchase the $55 damage insurance instead
