Relaxation in the open South Swedish landscape close to the sea (800 m)

This cosy 65 m² Swedish country-style cottage was built in 2009 next to the main house and is fully furnished. <br>AMENITIES: 2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) + living room with a sofa, armchairs, and TV. Tile floors and underfloor heating in all rooms. The single-story apartment features 2 private, sunny patios with seating areas. Kettle grill included.<br>Well-equipped kitchen—integrated into the open living room—with refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen table with chairs.<br>The bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, underfloor heating, and a washing machine.<br>LOCATION: The house is located just 800 m from a kilometer-long sandy beach in a quiet and unspoiled area, as well as only about 20 km from Simrishamn and about 27 km from Ystad.<br>Borrby—also known as “The Heart of Österlen”—is about 7.5 km away. The village features a nice ICA supermarket, a pharmacy, a health centre, a riding school, and a bank. Österlen also offers many attractions, culinary experiences, and wonderful nature! For those interested in golf, there are excellent opportunities to play, for example in Lilla Vik, Stiby, and Tomelilla.<br>If you’d like to take a day trip to Bornholm, there’s a ferry from Ystad.<br>HOUSE RULES: Smoking (indoors) is not permitted<br>Electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. <br>Pillows and comforters are provided. Towels and bed linens are not included in the price but can be booked for an additional fee (150 SEK / 15€ per person).<br>Final cleaning is not included in the price, but the tenant may clean the house before departure. Upon request, cleaning can be booked for an additional fee (900 SEK).<br>Der Guest changes take place on Saturdays during the high and mid seasons.
