The house was comfortable for the 8 people, we had one room empty actually because every room had a queen bed. The air was colder downstairs, but for people who need to sleep like that, that was perfect. The house was INFESTED with flies....no matter what we did, for the whole 3 days, we killed flies...that made it very uncomfortable. The host did have maintenance come, but she didn't understand that just pouring something down the drain (because we noticed them coming up from the drain in the basement) would "fix" it....the zevo plug in was filled with dead ones when we got there and there was LOTS of trash already in the bins, so we couldn't even really PUT our trash out there....hard to say that this house was CLEAN....there were dead flies already there....

We accommodated this group for a 3-day stay and promptly sent out maintenance to assist with their concerns as soon as they were raised. Unfortunately, the overall communication style and the condition the home was left in did not align with our house rules. We would not recommend hosting this group if you expect standard communication and property care.
