Proximity: Located at 805 Columbine Road, this unit is just a 0.3-mile walk (8 minutes) to the Quicksilver Chairlift and only a 0.4-mile walk (9 minutes) to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Avoid the street and head out the back door toward the Blue River, where a scenic walking trail follows the river and crosses a beautiful bridge to directly connect to Quiksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed & twin over twin bunk beds, flatscreen TV, closet, dresser, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: King bed & twin over twin bunk beds, flatscreen TV, closet, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen size sleeper sofa
• Third Bathroom: A full bath s located in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. This bathroom includes a walk-in tile shower and single vanity.
Living Room: As you enter the condo, you'll find the kitchen to your right, the dining area to your left, and the living room straight ahead. The living room features ample seating with 4 leather lounge chairs and a comfy sofa, along with a wall mounted flat screen TV and gas fireplace. West facing windows fill the space with abundant natural light throughout the afternoon and evening.
Kitchen: This fully remodeled kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, custom gray cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances for a clean, modern mountain feel. The island offers additional prep space and barstool seating for 2, perfect for morning coffee or apres ski gatherings. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a full size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, and dishwasher.

Dining Room: The dining area offers a warm and inviting space to gather for meals. The round table comfortably seats 6, making it perfect for family dinners, game nights, or sharing stories after a day on the mountain. Large windows bring in natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding trees, while mountain inspired artwork adds a cozy touch to the space.
Outdoor Space: Access the private deck from the sliding door in the living room. There are two chairs to relax in and take in the view and mountain air.
Local Amenities: The Tannenbaum Condos offer a community BBQ area, heated pool, and hot tubs. The shared grill area overlooks the Blue River and includes two gas grills, two picnic tables, and additional bench seating. The pool & hot tubs are located across the street at the Columbine condos.
Parking: There are 2 parking spaces available at the condo in front of the building.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available inside of the hallway closet.
Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate.
