Great Location, Great Skiing!

The condo was everything as advertised. The ski-in, ski-out was right on the slope and the hot tubs were right next to the slopes. The skiing was excellent for so late in the season - 10" of new snow a few days before we got there. Definitely would rent this place again.

Amazing location!

The condo is beautifully appointed and so peaceful! You are steps away from the lifts at peak 8, but back up to beautiful forest. Summer or winter, this one is a winner.

My wife and our two kids really enjoyed this unit - it had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk down to the base of Peak 8, and ski right up to the door of the building and put our gear into the designated locker. Brittney was responsive and we'd rent here again!

Fantastic Spring Ski Weekend

Our family had a great time during our stay at Ski Watch. The location was ideal for ski-in, ski-out during spring skiing at Breckenridge w/ Peak 9 and 10 closed (would be great anytime of the season). Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the condo, and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

This rental was an absolutely great location to hop right on the slopes or let the kids off the back patio to play in the snow. The unit had everything you could think of to have a comfortable stay. Great location, great time

My 2 year old son and I spent the weekend here and it was wonderful. The condo is clean and comfy and stocked with everything needed. It was so nice having stairs off the patio that allowed us to get into the woods with no planning. We accessed the gondola from peak 7 & 8 which made getting into Breck very convenient. Definitely made for an unforgettable boys weekend!

Love the location of this condo. Had everything we needed and super close to the slopes! The towels smelled great, super hot showers, comfortable clean bedding, well stocked kitchen and a keurig coffee maker too. The covered deck faces the woods and the end of Claimjumper (if you know your runs). One flight of stairs down to the ski lockers and out the door to a beautiful view of Rocky Mountain Super chair. Parking was easy with a full size SUV (we rented and Escalade). Would stay again and again.

Spectacular, well appointed condo!

This condo has all the comforts of home with a great location to boot! Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare all your meals. Roomy comfortable bedrooms. Easily sleeps a family of 6 or more. Ski in and out from the back deck with easy access to town for dining and shopping via a scenic gondola ride from the complex. If planning to ski Breck, book this condo. I promise you will not regret it!

Spectacular, well appointed condo!

We arrived to find this condo exactly as described, Neat, clean and beautifully appointed! I would describe the unit as warm and inviting with all the comforts of home and the location was second to none! Beautiful view of the wooded lot out the back windows with super easy access to the slopes, hot tub and parking. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to prepare all our meals there. All of the appliances were like new and top of the line. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. Although we spent most of our time on the slopes and in the condo after wards, getting to town for shopping and dining was just a scenic gondola ride into town. Definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed at in our 25 plus years of ski vacationing!

The amenities exceeded expectations. Photos of the property were true to current condition. Very much enjoyed the location and covered parking. Would highly recommend if you are looking for ski/in-ski/out in that the location is higher than peak 8 base. Hopefully this unit will be available for my trip next season.

Great place! Right on the slopes.

Had a great time at the ski watch condo. Easy access, very clean and comfortable. Just a few easy minutes from town and the ski in/ski out access make it great for our busy ski day. Can’t wait to visit this property again. Looking forward to seeing how awesome it will be in the summer time. Brittany and Sean are very attentive and great to work with. If you have a chance to stay hear I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

The unit served our purposes is very well. It was comfortable, clean, and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with extras that rentals don’t usually have. The view was very nice, and we would’ve loved to have seen some wildlife from there. It was a nice break from the heat in Texas.

Fantastic stay ski in/ski out to peak 8 in breckenridge. The property is clean and location for lift access couldnt be better. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Right near the breck connect gondola too so easy access into town. Will definitely stay here again.

If the reason to go to breck is to SKI than SkiWatch326 is the place to stay. A true ski in ski out. The only walking you do is from your unit to get out the door. Centrally located above the Rocky Mountain express or Colorado super chair. The homeowners have upgraded the 2 bedroom unit with super comfortable memory form matresses. Smart TV fireplace and outdoor grill . Kitchen fully stocked pans pots and utensils and pantry stocked with. Condiments. Thoughtfully had a bag of chips and salsa and ground coffee and a Keurig and k cups, I can’t say enough and I have come to Breck for over 12 years

The property owner was especially helpful in sending detailed instructions. The entire transaction was smooth and easy. Covered parking is great in the winter. The condo is clean, spacious, and modern. Very well equipped. It is set up like a ski chalet in the Alps - nice ski lockers in the basement. When you walk off the back deck, you are standing on the bottom "Claimjumper" trail. From there, skii 200 yds to the base of Peak 8: Colorado, Rocky Mountain, 5-Chair, and gondola are right there.
