The 25 m² studio apartment consists of a living/dining area, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. An outdoor area shared with the other residents of the estate is also available for your use. This includes a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared dining area is also available.

Playa de Palmanova beach can be reached by car in 12 minutes (7.8 km). Furthermore, the centre of Palma is approximately 20 minutes away by car and Palma de Mallorca airport is a 28-minute drive away (30.7 km).
