Enjoy your next Sylt vacation in this one-bedroom apartment, renovated in 2021, and equipped for 2 people, including a balcony on the second floor of the building.

Comfort is emphasized in this holiday apartment. With new, high-quality furnishings and modern amenities, you will feel completely at ease in this approximately 35 sqm space. And all of this is located in immediate proximity to the beach, with the sound of the sea included!

This modern holiday apartment offers you a bright combined living and sleeping area with a cozy sofa, a comfortable dining area, and a high-quality box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The separate, newly designed kitchen branches off from the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation: drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob with 4 plates, oven with microwave, and dishwasher. From the balcony, you can enjoy the sun and the view towards the south.

In the hallway, there is a spacious built-in wardrobe and a coat rack. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, and shelves provide sufficient storage space.

Your parking space is right in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the building's basement.

NOTE (please read!)

To instantly dive into the vacation feeling, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (except for children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

Also, we would like to inform you: A spa tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate the fee with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
