Perfekte Lage der gemütlichen Wohnung

Für das schöne Chiemgau waren drei Wochen nicht ausreichend um auch nur die Höhepunkte zu besuchen. Da wir dabei von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln abhängig waren, war die Lage weniger als 100 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt sehr hilfreich. Nur wenig weiter ist es zum Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung selbst ist ganz gemütlich. Sie ist in einer Villa, allerdings auf der Rückseite, die merklich tiefer liegt als die Straße. Der Eingang ist ebenerdig, und es gab keinerlei Treppe. Die ganz normalen Fenster gehen auf einen Parkplatz. Trotzdem fühlte es sich manchmal wie ein Kellerappartement an, vor allem auf dem Weg innerhalb des Hauses. Die Einrichtung ist absolut in Ordnung und bequem. Von der teilweise Hitze draußen (>30 Grad) merkte man in der Wohnung wenig bis gar nichts. Die Wohnung war etwas feucht, was sich allerdings nur darin äußerte, dass Handtücher bzw. gewaschene oder sonstige nasse Kleidung nur langsam trocknete. Andere Probleme gab es damit ausdrücklich nicht. Daher waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Wunderbare Unterkunft (Souterrain), sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Bei Anreise mit der Bahn bestens fussläufig zu erreichen und kurze Wege zur Innenstadt. Gut ausgestattete Küche, ansprechendes Bad, perfekt funktionierendes WLAN… kurz und gut: alles Bestens! Nette Kommunikation und zuvorkommende Absprache zur Schlüsselübergabe bei Abreise. ruhig gelegene Wohnung in ausgebautem Keller

Der Check-In erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Stadt und erreicht auch Supermärkte schnell zu Fuß. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an der Wohnung, was wir super fanden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alle was man für einfache Gerichte benötigt. Das Bad war auch schön modern und das Bett bequem. Leider waren Bad und der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig sauber. Ebenfalls hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Alfred war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und hat das Problem mit uns geklärt. Leider ging aus der Anzeige nicht hervor, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um einen ausgebauten Keller handelt welcher direkt im EG, ohne Treppe, liegt. Das Foto vom Treppenhaus in der Anzeige war für uns deswegen irreführend. Grundsätzlich war es aber eine schöne Wohnung.

stilvolle Wohnung in idealer Lage

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal zum Erreichen von allen möglichen Restaurants, Cafés usw. Parken im Hof vor der Tür. Einrichtung schön trendy und Küche gut ausgestattet, Bett sehr bequem. WLan war nicht ganz optimal aber es ging. Und die ganze Wohnung schön kühl in der Hitzewelle. Alles in allem ausgezeichnet!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Bei Ankunft erwarteten uns frisches Obst und Blumen, eine Flaschen Wein sowie eine süße Aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Man merkt der Ferienwohnung viel Liebe zum Detail an. Die Gastgeber sind absolut kundenorientiert. Wir mussten auf Grund eines Trauerfalls eine Nacht früher abreisen. Das Geld wurde uns erstattet ohne danach zu fragen. Das ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Danke
